ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It will take 2-3 business days to ship your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Thursday). 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE:

We will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than 30 days to arrive at your destination.

RISK-FREE SHOPPING:

If for any reason your order doesn't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you! 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. If the package gets returned back to us, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.

RETURNS:

By placing an order with Puppie Collars, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Puppie Collars. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your order.
